When matching the wireless remote control, be sure to find out the operating frequency of the remote control, the type of the transmitting and receiving chip, and the oscillating resistance. This is the three elements of remote control transmission and reception pairing. If one item is not right, it cannot be used.
一. The working frequency
At present, most of the remote controls on the market are 315M, and a small number are special models such as 433M, 310M, and 430M.
Take the 2260, 2264 chip remote control transmitter as an example, the working frequency and chip model search method: Take the most common four-button remote control as an example, open the remote control shell and see the soundboard components on the circuit board (like a small metal The value on the button or crystal-like component is R315A, which means 315MHz.
二. The launch receiver chip
The coding chip is an integrated circuit on the circuit board, and the model number can be found on the surface of the integrated circuit.
Remote control can be divided into three types according to the coding form:
1.Fixed code remote control
Also known as coded remote control, welding code remote control, commonly used transmitting chip PT, SC, HS, LX (2260/2262/2264), paired receiving chip is PT, SC, LX, HS (2270/2272/2294). Figure 3 and Figure 4 show the chip coding areas for transmit and receive, respectively, and the transmit and receive codes are used correctly for pairing. That is to say, it is sufficient to weld the coding area of the new remote controller and the coding area of the receiver.
2. Learning code remote control
Commonly used transmitting chips EV, HS, LX, SC (1527/2240), HCS101, etc. The receiving of the pairing is a storage IC with a program in the host, a single chip microcomputer, and the like.
3. Rolling code remote control
Commonly used transmitting chips are HCS301/200/201, etc. The paired receiving models and functions are the same as the learning code remote control.
3.The oscillation resistance
The oscillating resistor is an ordinary resistor, where the frequency of the oscillation can be determined.
2264 chip remote control oscillating resistance search method: usually in the RC position, that is, between the 15th and 16th legs of the 2264 chip, if it can not be found, the chip resistor on the opposite side of the corresponding circuit board between the two legs is the oscillating resistor There are numbers on the resistor, usually one of 125, 155, 225, 335, and 475.
These resistor values should not be said, for example, 125=12*10^5=1200KΩ=1.2M Ω
204=20*10^5=2 M Ω
