YET6956-V3.0 WiFi To Remote RF Converter

Note:

1.Please do not put the device in a closed corner, and the distance from the device to the router is within 10m to ensure normal communication. This can better ensure the stability of the device connection.

2.The device and the phone need to be connected to the same router when the device is added.

3.By pressing the TEST button to test the remote control,each time it is a long beep,check whether the remote control is kept at the required distance from the device,and whether the remote controller used is properly coded.(If the remote control makes a long beep during multiple tests,the remote control code format device does not support)

4.Can add up to about 100 type remote controls.( Different brands have different data sizes, and the actual quantity is subject to actual addition).

◆ The remote control that is not needed is deleted as much as possible,leaving room for subsequent addition of the remote control.

◆ The remote control is out of quantity and the remote control cannot be added. Need to delete some remote controls and add them.

◆ The factory settings are restored on the APP,and all remote control data can be cleared at one time.

5.The add device(device access network) timeout can perform the following checks:

◆ Please make sure connecting 2.4 GWIFI equipments. It will be failed if connect 5G network.

◆ Set SSID hide button to open when adding device, and then configure device network.

◆ Press the button for 3 times and the green indicator will flash to start the network distribution.

Question 1: Why does LED keep flashing slowly after failing to add device?

Flashing slowly means the device is connecting Wifi router, if it connects over 60 seconds, it’s failed. Under this situation, you may have entered wrong Wifi password or data error during transmission. So users have to check the network of your phone or Wifi router, make sure wifi router haven’s set connecting restriction, then try to reconfigure it again.

Question 2: Why does the device can’t be controlled suddenly?

  1. Please check whether Wi-Fi password is changed, then check the state of LED. If it flashes slowly, it means the device is disconnected with wifi router. Just reconfigure it;
  2. The device’s IP address assigned by router changes due to network, and results in the actual IP address inconsistent with the IP address saved by APP. With this situation, just exit then reset the APP to re-obtain device information.

Question 3: Why does the device is under normal control but don’t have return status?

This situation is normally caused by using second-order router. Please check whether device and phone are connecting to the same router. If not, please configure them to connect to the same router.

Failed to configure webcam

a、Configure the network camera WY03 to start when the blue indicator light flashes and hear the “Please configure WIFI” indicator (if there is no voice prompt, the blue light flashes slowly, can press and hold the reset button for 2 seconds, waiting for the device to beep once and release it, can hear the voice prompt and the blue light flashes quickly.) At this time, the camera enters the configuration WIFI mode to start configuring the camera, otherwise the configuration will fail.

b、When configured, the mobile phone must be close to the network camera to ensure that the camera can effectively receive acoustic signals; And the connected Wi-Fi must be 2.4 Ghz Wi-Fi, not 5 Ghz Wi-Fi, otherwise the configuration will fail.

c、The Wi-Fi password must be entered correctly, otherwise the configuration will fail.

d、Wi-Fi SSID cannot be Chinese or special characters, otherwise the configuration will fail;

e、Use the network camera as close as possible to the router to prevent the signal from being weak.

Turn on the webcam but fail to broadcast the image

P2P connection failure, may be due to abnormal mobile phone or network camera network, please ensure that the network under the premise of leaving the camera playback interface, try to reopen.

1 Forgot your WLAN password or the password for the management page?

ANS:After restoring the product to factory settings, try again with the default WLAN password “12345678” or the web login password “admin”.

2 How to connect to the wireless network of this product through WPS?

ANS:Please carefully refer to the corresponding content of the above “6.1 Product Routing Function” and try again.

3 Can’t open the product’s network management page?

ANS:1)Please confirm that your computer has been set to automatically obtain the IP address and DNS server address.

2)Please confirm whether your internet device has been connected to the product through the network cable or wirelessly (if it is connected through the network cable, please confirm whether it is connected to the LAN port of the gateway). After confirming the connection to the product, please restart the browser and try to login again IP:192.168.1.1.

3)If the problem persists, please try to restore the factory settings or contact our after-sales customer service.

4 The mobile phone has been connected to this product WIFI but can’t get on the network?

ANS:1)Please confirm whether the external network cable can be connected to the Internet.

2)Please confirm whether the external network cable is connected to the WAN port of the product, not the LAN port.

3)Please refer to the corresponding content of “6.1 Product Routing Function” to confirm whether the WAN port network configuration is correct.

4)If the problem persists, please try to restart the product or contact our after-sales customer service.

5 The device does not respond to power-on?

ANS:Check if the power connector is loose or the power supply is stable.

6 The network port indicator is off.

ANS:Check whether the network cable is properly connected.

7 How to change the WIFI password?

ANS:In order to prevent unauthorized users from using the default password to connect to your WIFI wireless network, and log in to the web page management page to modify the relevant parameters, it is recommended that you modify the default password when you log in for the first time. The specific operations are as follows:

1)Please connect your mobile phone or computer to this product WIFI wireless network;

2)Open the phone or computer and connect to the browser, enter “192.168.1.1” to enter the web page management page;

3)Enter the default login account and password(account: “admin”, password: “admin” );

4)Select the menu “Network”à”Wireless”à”Modify”, then select the tab “Wireless Security”à”Password” to modify, set a new password, click “Save & Apply” at the bottom of the page after the modification is completed, and then restart the gateway to take effect.

Question 1:Adding device failed, light bulb blinks for a long time ?

Answer:a、Please make sure that the mobile phone can connect to the external network through WIFI normally. In addition, the device and the mobile phone are required to connect same WIFI network ;

b、The light bulb blinks indicating that it is connecting the network. If the connection time is over 30s, the connection fails. This reason may be entering wrong WIFI password or data error during transmission. Then please configure it once again following steps of Operation.

Question2:The device suddenly cannot be controlled ?

b、Device’s IP address assigned by WIFI router is changed because of network problem. It makes the actual IP address is different from the storage IP address of APP. Users need to log out on the APP then log in again to acquire the device information.
